Pick someone to keep the card game moving while the hockey game is on. It could be the party host, the most rule obsessed player, the rookie hockey fan, or simply the only one who bothered to read this Playbook.
The Coach shuffles the deck and deals 3 cards to each player
If you get a duplicate card you must hand one back to the Coach and get a new one.
Watch for the events on your cards to occur in the live hockey game.
When an event happens that matches a card in your hand, play one of the following 3 ways:
During intermission, the cards in your hand are handed back to the Coach, and new cards are dealt.
The player with the most points at the end of the game wins. Or the player who had the most drinks at the end of the game loses. It’s all about perspective!
How ever you choose to play, always play in a safe and responsible manner, and follow all laws in force where you are located.
